Today, as we mark the 31st Commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, the Rwanda National Olympic and Sports Committee joins the nation in remembering the victims and standing in unwavering solidarity with the survivors.
As we reflect on Rwanda’s journey of unity, reconciliation, and resilience, we reaffirm our commitment to harnessing the power of sport to educate future generations about our history and to contribute to a peaceful, united, and prosperous nation.
